I don't see any harm in it, except that I would imagine many would lick it off and dogs probably shouldn't be ingesting glue (even nontoxic), glittering, and hairspray with any regularity. But it does seem like rather a waste of money since most dogs will wreck it somehow within a few hours. Also not sure why I'd want a "tramp stamp" on my dog. I certainly don't agree with the comments on the article screaming about animal cruelty. Doesn't seem any worse than putting a fancy collar on a dog, it's just a silly, temporary decoration.

Although I did have to snort at, "'I’m a designer, so it’s important for my dogs to also be fashion-forward.'"

I was afraid of the same thing - ingesting hairspray, glitter and even the non-toxic glue. I think it's a complete waste of money too and I laughed at the designer's comment as well. I don't need my dog to be fashion forward - just happy and healthy.

I guess if you have nothing better to do with your money. One of those things for people to cry foul over, cruelty in all caps, LOL

Now this is cute I guess.

As a groomer currently studying safe creative grooming, I think it boils down to 'are the products safe?" If they are, then its just personal preference. You can do tattoos like that with stencils and even food coloring. They don't need to be toxic products. But each to their own big grin
