 |  |  |  | The only way to stop her from running through open doors is by teaching her not to. You need to train a really solid stay or wait command and practice this daily before going through doors etc. If she breaks her sit/wait, simply ask her to wait again and repeat the opening of the door/s ever so slightly. You repeat as many times as necessary but consistency is the key. While initially training i'd keep her on a long line attached to something or held by a family member or friend just to be sure she doesn't actually escape.
At the same time you could start teaching her the recall command too. Using a long line again in the early stages is recommended and you need to practice all the time. Always keep training really fun and have some tasty treats on offer as a reward so she has incentive to return to you every time. |  |  |  |  |
