The first attacks & the others follow in. The owners are to blame here, the dogs are just acting on behavioral instincts. If the dogs got out of a hole under the fence, they've done it before. The dogs should be put down & the owners cited. I do not think breed has anything to do with it. Yikes, don't they care enough to control it, if not, please rehome your dogs then. I own 2 Pit Bulls & it is happening here too. I was out for a walk with Lyotto, last night. Again I hear someone yelling, come back here & notice a lil dog coming from across a busy street. He was almost hit & if, my dog got hold of him, wouldn't be a fair fight. I'm scared for all dogs crossing streets alone, getting near my dogs. Don't need no lawsuits.
