Sanka.. they were crass idiots... and sadly.. evolution hasnt dealt with stupidity yet. Their kids will survive and also breed.. and so goes the cycle.... In the UK all firearms and ammo have by LAW to be in gun safes. which have to be bolted down. You would be laughed out the Brownies if you introduced REAL gun law here. Just makes me hatefully mad. Laughed out loud at the mower mental pic ! Sarah... I think its a great idea to ride the mower. Sadly.... I would run out of petrol before I reach civilisation ! Yes.. the pond will vanish and fast.. its sandstone here.. and sand. Its likely this is the best its benn in about 5 years ! I actually like grilling in the snow ! I have never quite seen the reason to stand over a scorching grill in summer temps.... Winter grilling .. yes ! AnnieMum.. Iron isnt a good thing as your vet said for that and other reasons . Glad Annie is fine.. heck.. getting older isnt fun for any of us is it. Yes it was me saying I had an underground shelter.. and I put a pic up.. it is the red door on the floor in the porch of the "Little House". Its like you say... the "obvious" causes arent always the causes re stents ! The arthroscopy will give them a good look. it is "Mechanics: ... and its possible that a clean up of the joint is what you may get away with. If you need more.. then so be it.. but do not wait till you are in pain.. as the damage is MUCH harder to fix. As with all operations.. some work for some.. and not for all.... thats how it is.. but letting it get to a NO choice situ is counter productive. Hoping you are safe from the flooding. Princess has a biker jacket !!!! The Orr family who had the horses(its also a public visit farm) were devastated. They have worked hard to make it a decent nice place(and many are not) He was beyond any comfort. Their website is frozen at the moment. A note thanking all for everything and saying they are safe.. but ...... So many broken hearts.... The pond is My Boys .. Flicka and Lucas...not the other lady with the Poms.. Your dinner tomorrow sounds delicious ! The spleen is a huge blood bank in us all. The good thing is that Annie's body is dealing with it for now. She has a wonderful life and is much loved and can have good years yet. Sometimes the answer is simply to enjoy life... and I know you will let her do that. The animals where shot because they got hit by an F5 tornado. They were dying.. or in extreme pain.. there was no time to make other decisions..... Alot of stock either died or had to be put down as the only help in the terror. The Orr Farm is a livery.. it had well over 100 horses there. When hell is breaking loose you have no time to ask questions.. you do the best you can. Those people were distraught .. he actually said "Why didnt it take me and my home and leave them alone?" There was 16 minutes .. not 3 days like there is with a hurricane. I set a clock 4 years ago to 15 mins as a try out trial..that is the general time you have .. and trust me.. it isnt long enough.. but having a Plan and stuff ready is all you can do.
