I asked about this before and need it again.
I need a listing of seeing eye dog places for a blind woman. She has had a seeing eye dog before and her dog passed. Altho the woman can walk easily there is some depute over her getting another dog from the same place. I am only assisting and seeing if I can help her. Thank you

Dogs and cats dont view 'time' as we do. When you are there you are THERE, when you are not....sigh, let's take a nap. It may be difficult, but find an apt that allows them. Family is family.

Hi, I work with a woman who is blind and her seeing eye dog passed 2 years ago. She wants another one but was turned down from one place due to her asthma (?) and inabilty to walk her dog 3 miles a day. I guess different places have different requirements. Is there a listing somewhere with agencies/guides listed for seeing eye dogs? She was able to take care of her dog just fine for the years she had her. So I don't know if it is the place she dealt with or did the rules change?
Some places appear willing to come to you and others you need to go there...any information appreciated.

Life is messy clean it up, don't mind shedding, Dante shed 4 times a year and as someone else said, brushing is calming to me. My present dog is a 'non-shedder' but is so messy I often vaccuum everyday anyway, would much much prefer just fur!!!!

I had major surgery on my leg, and everyone was worried about my big labish causing me to fall....never happened. He would sit in front on the chair I was in, and by doggy calculus figured out how to get up in the chair with me, without touching the injured leg.
