I'll get her a joint supplement from the vet. Thank you, Maxwell.
PS I knew that diabetes was definitley not the case. I was merely stating what was making my sister hysterical. PSPS She just came out of my sister's room where she sleeps and she's running around like the 10 year old puppy she is.big grin I knew they were overreacting. It's like a *sort-of-fit* 64 year-old woman running a mile. shrug Oh, no she's out at the squirrels again.... laugh out loud

Kc hasn't been herself. She's been lethargic, had a stiff gate, limping, and all she wants to do is sleep. Long story short, last night my sister and mom looked on pets WebMD and... well... 4 words: lyme disease and diabetes. They were both hysterical and most especially when I mentioned that she was probably just tired. She had spent the last 5 hours in the backyard, chasing squirrels. Nonetheless, I'm still worried. We made an agreement to take her to the vet if she still has symptoms today. I'm the first up. If she does have syptoms we are keeping her quiet and calm until our vet opes on Monday. Can she really be sick or is she just showing her age after a day of jumping around in our backyard with Cooper?

I come home from the orthodontists office to find Kc anxious, panting and yawning. I let her out pet her and do everything but to no avail. I come in from the backyard, only to find out that when I was gone, my sister had taken the mail, combined it with my baking stuff, and put it on the ground. She had come out of her room only to find Kc halfway down a bag of yellow chocolate melts. right now, there is no 'anger' emoticon so: way to goeekshrug= GRR!!!!! How much white chocolate is dangerous? Right now she's outside so she can eat grass if nessecary but I'm just furious!

In those six months both the woman and her daughter developed an allergy to him and can no loger keep him and are asking everyone if they can take him, free to a good home. Mabye OUR good home.wink This beagle, who comes with his toys, leash, collar, food, and payment for his next annual vet visit, could be ours! His name is Cooper

We found Kc's old adoption receipt. We thought she was eight. Nope. Double digets, baby! She's 10. Of course this happened during one of her running sprees, earning her my new nickname: Old Puppy.laugh out loud She was also adopted on a different date than we thought. On Christmas Eve-Eve (for those who has seen 'Eloise at Christmas') Just wanted to share the find.the energy to snoopy all day!
