I'm wondering what happened to your 4 lb Yorkie, Coco, with whom Ella was attached at the hip? Please work hard to keep Ella and live up to your side of the commitment when you adopted her a year and a half ago. I have chihuahuas and they are not as worrisome to leave for a work day as they don't absolutely require daily outside exercise and easily adapt to wee wee pads. Good luck and if you don't mind sharing, where do you live?

We had a similar problem with Frontline Plus. It burned a hole in my cat's neck. The company refunded our money, since it was purchased from the vet. That didn't make my poor kitty feel any better.

You must be emotionally and physically exhausted. Honestly, I'm glad I have no idea who owned this poor girl. It's criminal that they just discarded her in the way that they did. They should be in jail. Praying hard for Bea.

Not knowing where you live, I'm wondering if it could be allergies. So much pollen in the air right now.

My heart is bursting for this girl. She's so beautiful and has such a will to survive. And you, you are an angel. We are all praying for Bea to fully recover. Please keep writing about her.

I tried to get Interceptor from 1800PetMeds and they didn't have any for small dogs. Production stopped for short time, or so they said.

Also, has she been allowed to or accidentally jump off of a sofa or bed? That could have injured her spine. A round of steroids will fix that, but small dogs cannot be allowed to jump down from things. One of my chis had that issue.
Another chi had lyme disease (as I do). She was not in pain. She just started looking weak and clumsy. They can take blood and tell you immediately if it's Lyme. A course of antbiotics will usually fix that problem in dogs (humans, not so much!). We all hope you find the source of your baby's problem.

Yes, she can hold it for the hours you are at work. I have a 3# and she does it.
