Texas has a law called generally known has which I fell under. The person that wrote the law in Texas is a lawyer now a trainer (No name). Texas law is really out sync and it was written with the expectation there was going be a national standard. If you have proven disability Texas will work with you . Toby is OT I have a lot of backing with my lawyer and with the State of Texas I am on there Rolodex in my area to educate about access challenges. The law in needs to change because Texas residents can't get a SD because now everything is for our veterans one center for the whole of Texas doesn't work.

I know this much in Texas never say your Dog have sdit. If you disabled you are allowed to train your dog you get one free pass. I learned this from bringing this to the table in a lawsuit
