Liver Bread:
2 Cups of Tapioca Flour (or any other flour, but tapioca seemed like the healthiest choice to me)
1 lb of Liver(any kind)
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Water
1 tbsp of Baking Soda
1 tbsp of Baking Powder
-Preheat the oven to 350 F
-Boil a pot of water
-Mix everything except the liver.
-Boil liver, chop into small pieces, throw it in the blender or food processer until it's the consistency of chunky canned food.
-Stir it into the rest of the mix
-Pour mix evenly over a greased cookie sheet
-Bake for 15 minutes (or until it's a golden brown color).
-Take it out, let it cool for 15 minutes
-Cut it into however large pieces you want with a pizza cutter or knife.
Heres is the end result

I personally prefer pure meat treats. I buy some liver for the grocery store and dehydrate it(boil it, chop it up and bake at 200 degrees with the oven door propped open for 4-5 hours till it's crunchy.). Dogs prefer it and it's a lot healthier.

He didn't have much of a shape to him(no defined waist), shed a ton year-round(which at the time I attributed to having a thick coat), and had average energy. I thought this was all normal.
It wasn't until I switched him to the higher quality foods(I rotate Wellness Core, TOTW, and Evo) that I saw a huge difference. His coat is much lusher and his shedding reduced pretty drastically, and he has good muscle tone. Not to mention he's still going strong five years after the switch(I've had him 10 years now). Good food does make a huge difference.

If your going to ever supplement with a veggie-based fat, opt for extra virgin coconut oil. The other ones aren't worth it.
