Does anyone have any experience adding rose hips or nettles to the food you make for your dog? What about celery? Are these ingredients effective for helping dogs with arthritis? Are there others?

ALL of these are great ideas that have been shared with the technical operations team. Unfortunately, the resources are not available to implement them.

Keep notifying the posts, and I will continue to do my best with what few options I have been given.

Yea, the links for Dog of the Day are correct , but the thumbnail image on the Community Button is not. We put in a ticket with the tech team back in June to have this issue addressed.

wave That would be me! Last March, yes, close to a year ago, the Dogster Forums and Answers were hit by spambots. Unfortunately, our parent company, SAY Media, is unable to provide resources to stop the spammers.

What I can do, and I have been doing for almost a year, is send a list of the spammer User IDs to our Operations (Ops) team to have the posts deleted. The only way I can obtain a list of User IDs, is if the spam posts are flagged, one by one, using the "Notify" feature. I am grateful to the Moderators and members of the Community who continue to do so, it is very helpful.

Unfortunately, as soon as I send a list to Ops, hundreds of new spam posts have already been created. And this process doesn't "Banish" or stop the spammers from posting again and again and again.

And yes, I have made several requests to have the option for Guests to post in the Forums removed (see resources not available above).

More than than 300 spam posts were flagged today.

I'm so sorry. I share your frustration.
