All the hot links throughout their writing link back to their home page, and the more time people spend on the website and click through the portions of the website, the more the search engine will "find" that page. And he says he doesn't market his dogs... One of the first things I thought of is how he claims to be a responsible breeder but his oldest breeding dog isn't even two, and it seems like his oldest German shepherd isn't much older than that... I don't think he's a bad guy, just not as good as he makes himself sound... I am a rescue person through and through, but I recognize the place for truly reputable breeders. Hopefully the current tenants will at least get all their junk out of it! I am a sucker for farm houses. Last August we had a really bad storm come through, no tornadoes but I think we had "microbursts" and som very strong straightline winds. That, coupled with how dry and brittle all the trees were from the drought meant that a lot of trees and branches were torn down by the winds. The gorgeous magnolia tree behind my house had a big chunk taken out of it . Sad because it was beautifully shaped before that. Well, vet says no mastitis. She thinks that it's normal mammary development, but that the one breast isn't fully developed, so I can feel the lumps more?? I am supposed to keep an eye on them to make sure they don't get bigger, and they should go away when everything else dries up. If not, she wants to aspirate to see if they are cancerous growths. I am just glad that it's not mastitis so I can allow the puppies to wean at their own pace! Waiting for it to cam down some so I can take dogs out one last time and go to bed. Mama dog potentially has mastitis. Ging to call vet in the morning. Had a foster friend come over who has had many many Pitts. She said it didn't feel Ike mastitis to her, but thought it might be lymph nodes. Vet will know! Dropped my iPad and got the blue screen of death. Thought for sure I would have to restart it from scratch. No buttons would do anything. Waited about 20 minutes, then pressed home and power together, turned off!! Plugged it in and it popped right back to Normal!!! Yay!! Stay safe, all. Was trying to shoot a redwinged blackbird but got this instead, didn't even know it was in the background. I have been a little disappointed, the room is just a tiny bit too dark to get really good pictures with my camera. I have to use the flash, which makes their eyes look all crazy, or the picture comes out blurry from the long shutter speed (and wiggly pups). Anyhow, here come the pictures!! Steve dale is great though! I love listening to him on wgn when I'm in the car! Puppy pics coming in a bit. 3 weeks old today, lots of wormy poop from getting dewormed yesterday. Let the try ,ush for the first time and they went GAGA!!!!! Loco crazy! Only one couldn't figure out how to lick it up off of the plate, was still rally trying to suckle. Kept walking backwards trying to nurse off of his own legs :d. Made a HUGE mess too. Most of the puppies look like they've gone swimming in it... Which they did. Fresca is enjoying cleaning them all up. They all wanted to nurse after their feeding frenzy too, hungry little boogers. I would never take my dogs to him though... He is very rural and does things "old school". Sarah is a heartworm survivor, she was my foster dog and came to me a few days after treatment. I had a really hard time keeping her calm (she's a jack russell mix) and at one point she was coughing up a little bit of blood. She had been in her crate but was scared (I was mowing the lawn). She must have been pretty anxious in the crate, because as soon as I let her out, she started coughing up blood . Very scary!!
