	Smokey is sometimes afraid of anything new added to home our to the outside of our home. One time he took off up the stairs when he heard a sound from outside it wasn't to terribly loud, just different from what he is normally used to hearing. I think that he maybe even afraid of his own shadow He has spooked himself out before. There have been times when he notices a shadow on our side door and for some strange reason he gets frighten by it and I have to literally carry him inside the house.
