my puppys not peeing!!! help!

	My welshies having trouble peeing! When he does, it only comes out in a small trickle. When we take him on walks, he tries to go like 8 or 9 times and hardly anything comes out. i dont know what to do!!! anyone have any ideas???

	Awwwww poor baby! You can start by seeing if he will drink a bunch of water if not from his bowl he can maybe drink from your hand. Is what sometimes works from Rosie. Or you can try putting a flavor in his water to drink more of it. Hope it works and contact a vet!
