new to the group and have a aussie/border collie mix

	hey everyone, i am new to the group, my dog is named sheila and she is an aussie mix and one thing i have a question about is trying to get her to get rid of a lot of her energy. any ideas to working her to get some of her energy out because she is an indoor/outdoor dog and she has about half acre of running space, we try to walk her but she just has a lot of energy. thanks for you help. denise
