For anyone reading this outside the U.S., the dogs listed below are not NOT UNIFORMLY banned/restricted across the entire U.S. This means that the breeds listed below are banned or restricted in different places around the U.S. , and that individual states, cities, counties or towns all make their own LOCAL LAWS - and those laws differ according to individual communities. Also - it's important to note that the list includes even MIXES of these breeds.

Thats crazy, many of these breeds are so popular. They're including mixes also? Should we all just get purebred labs/retrievers and toy dogs in order to keep our dogs from being put down or taken away? I'm not saying those dogs aren't good, but there's just something really wrong with this whole thing. It's just wrong.

Wow. What a FAIL! There is no need to ban ANY breed AT ALL! *Ban stupid people, not their dogs!* Or better yet, ban types of training (i.e. attack training!)


I'm glad I don't live wherever Australian Cattle Dogs are (stupidly) banned, 'cause I'm part Australian Cattle Dog!
