anyone have an air purifier? One is on woot today, a sanyo airwasher, for about $100. I've got pretty bad allergies, hubby has breathing problems, and we have 3 hairy dogs. Just wondering if anyone has anything similar and if it has helped.

I have 2 Electrolux EL500AZ units in my home and love them! Granted, I've never tried any others. But I moved to an older building several months ago after always living in new or newly renovated homes and started suffering immediately so I had to try something and this saved me. I don't know how much it helps with dog hair since Molly doesn't shed so much anymore and I vacuum a lot, but I can say this has kept me from having to take the daily asthma meds I've been prescribed. Hope you guys get some relief soon!
