	So I bought some to dust the house & dogs for fleas. Has anyone used it before? How much should I use? Do you leave it in carpets indefinitely, or vacuum it up? I have a liberal coating right now, but it looks like carpet deodorizor. Did I use too much?

	Pound the D.E. down into the carpet. Or take a broom or rake and rake it down into the carpet. You want to get it all the way down where the fleas are to suffocate them. I was told to leave it on my carpet for (I think) 36 hours. I've heard 48 too. Either way, let it sit for a day or two, then vacuum it up. I swear by the stuff. I had a huuuugggeee flea infestation years ago and a company came in, spread that stuff over the carpets and I never saw a flea again. Until last month. So I've purchased some myself to use.
