	The song "It's a Wonderful World" still makes me tear up and think of my dear, sweet Maddy. She had been neglected, abused, overbred, shot in the face, underfed and she still loved people (even though she was frightened easily) and adored children. She was an amazing girl and taught me so much and to always see the beauty in things. Boy, do I miss her!

	I sing songs to the dogs all the time, but they all sound the same since I was not gifted with an actual tuneful voice. They are tolerant, though. Their favorite is the "Mooney the Squirrel" song which was dedicated to a stuffed blue squirrel (former toy) who sadly disintegrated some time ago. But he lives on in music.

	I wag my tail as soon as Mom starts singing "The Ballad of Cosmo James!" First verse: Cosmo James, Cosmo James, Such a good boy, we gave him two names, It's that good dog, good dog Cosmo James." To the tune of "Railroad Bill" if any body knows that old folk tune.....
