-Assisting in new foster homes and volunteers for the shelter
-Participation in local animal welfare advocacy projects
The TN liaison serves an vital role in saving the lives of dogs that would otherwise be euthanized. It is hard and emotionally demanding work, but there is no greater feeling than watching a dog whose life you saved embark on a great life with an adoptive family. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to pursue a career in animal welfare. PAWS New England is a well-organized and successful organization with a wonderful group of volunteers! We have saved the lives of 5,500 dogs and are looking for a talented, compassionate, organized, and detail oriented new team member.
