 | |  | | I am a new foster mom to Oscar, a very sweet Sato. He's been with me for almost 4 weeks and although he is super well-behaved, he is so scared of me still. He loves other dogs, but is so scared and shy with all people. Whenever I go near him to give him a treat or food or a pet, he shrinks back and lowers his head. He's only happy in the dog run. As I can't have him live in the dog run, I was wondering if anyone other Sato owners have experienced this and if any tips or suggestions can be offered. Thanks. |  |  | |  |
