	I am new to Dogster and saw other members doing this so I thought let's give it a shot. Frannie is new to us and the tag at the pound said "terrier blend". She's black with a little white/gray at the paws and over the left side of her nose. Around her mouth, she has some orangey-brown hair. She doesn't shed a lot and her hair feels kind of like coarse human hair. She's about a foot and a half tall (rough estimate) and weighs about 21 lbs. I thought I'd see what people with much more experience than me think. Thank you!
