I used a company for years, Pet Love, and the last time I used them my dog was cut up like he'd been in a fight. I called and the owner argued with me, no way could they have done that. Then I found you they hire people who have no training at all to be groomers. I stopped payment on the check and never heard anything from them. I figure if they really felt they weren't in the wrong I would have heard something. So yes, complain and do it loudly. They offer a service that you pay for and you deserve to get what you pay for.

Um, NO. Bad advice. Do not be "loud" be confident, clear, CALM, and explain very thoroughly why you were unhappy, show them exactly what/where you didn't like and what can be done about it.
