 | |  | | I used a company for years, Pet Love, and the last time I used them my dog was cut up like he'd been in a fight. I called and the owner argued with me, no way could they have done that. Then I found you they hire people who have no training at all to be groomers. I stopped payment on the check and never heard anything from them. I figure if they really felt they weren't in the wrong I would have heard something. So yes, complain and do it loudly. They offer a service that you pay for and you deserve to get what you pay for. |  |  | |  |
