Coconut Oil - how to wash out?

Hi,

Grace has been feeling yuck, and with all the vet stuff going on her skin was dry and itchy.

So I massaged some coconut oil into her skin, and hair since she is a long hair pup.... then bathed her.

I use SPA Tropiclean Hypoallergenic Puppy on her....

She is still oily confused Not super oily, but enough to look scruffy LOL .... Do I just let it sit for today and wash it again?

Or do I need a different shampoo?

You'll need something to cut the oil, but at the same time it may dry her natural skin oils too. Next time try a dog conditioner or creme rinse, or a leave in conditioner.

Original Blue Dawn dish soap will get it out, and it won't hurt her, its mild but will cut the grease. You can follow that with a dog shampoo if you want.
