GO!

TPLO surgery

This is a special place for pups to share their love and support for each other during difficult times; it's a place to light candles, give the "Power of the Paw," and let everyfur know they are never ever alone.

Hi, Kodi is 3 weeks post surgery and is doing great!, but 4 days ago i notice a popping sound when we took her out for the bathroom. I called the vet at the University of Tenn, and they said it could be a knee cap? She said to take her to our local vet if it continues.. But she is not in any pain and was wondering has anyone else had this happen post surgery?

I have had TPLO on both knees, no popping. Maybe you should call your vet, I have heard that sometimes the plates can work loose. It is an easy fix, but you do need to get it looked at.
