i was wondering how long do you keep a dog on a food when they have acid reflex or vomiting when transitioning to a new food.

Can you clarify a bit? Have you switched foods, and now your dog is vomiting, or has possible reflux? What food are you going from/to and how long is your transition time? Normally as soon as digestive upset occurs when switching, you would go back to the amount of the mix that worked well, and slowly transition up. Is this the first transition you have done from one food to another?
