A missing "browse" area to click on

Never met a- pig's ear I- didn't love!

	Maybe somebody can help me. I'm trying to upload a video, and following the directions on my pet's page in the upper right hand corner, I click on upload a video, but no browse box appears. It does for uploading photos, but not videos. What gives with this? I don't know who to contact. I've emailed Dogster HQ but have had no response as yet. should I just give up?
