 | |  | | I work a man-trailing hound going on 3 years. You gotta start young!! If you dont have anyone nearby to help you, get a book to teach you the basics. You cant do it alone since you need folks to help you and go hide for you. In the mean time you gotta find what makes your dog go crazy and want to work, is it a toy, food, or just good old love??? You also have to introduce your dog to all kinds of sights and sounds and new experiences so that when he/she's working he/she's not distracted. Hope that helps some. |  |  | |  |
