she always wants to lick my dad's hands!!!

	I have a approx 3yo b&t that I found 1 year ago. She has responded very well to training and I have a pretty good dog. The one thing that drives me nuts is whenever my dad is around she goes absolutely ape trying to CONSTANTLY lick his hands. I have been able to get her to behave in almost every situation but this one. It's like he has bacon drippings on his hands ...wierd, she doesn't do this to other people. Any ideas on how to stop it?? She is very sweet and is particularly good one on one with me.
