	I have a seven year old basset and he loves to eat. Sometimes I forget he is around and I would leave food on the counter or on the stove (not on) and he would steal it. I tried to grab it and he would love to take a bite of me. Is there any way I can stop him from trying to bite me when he has food. There are some foods I don't want him to have but if he steals it, it's his and I am afraid to get it. He looks at me and more or less he says it's mine now.
