Is it true that most dogs with docked tails don't like swimming or the water really?

I know some aussies love the water, but I've never noticed if their tails were docked or not...

My aussie loves the water and doesn't have a tail. Maybe not the best swimmer but she loves it, especially streams.

I love,love,love to swim. I have swum in pools,creeks, deep ponds and the ocean. I only have the little bob tail nub I was born with.
