Is she a kelpie/kelpie mix??

	My boyfriend and I just adopted this litte girl about a month and a half ago. While searching online to figure out what she might be, we found the kelpie. It is the closest thing we could find. We have done the DNA test (before the kelpie realization) and are waiting for the results. The vet doesn't think she is a kelpie because they are so rare in Louisiana. He thinks there is some beagle in her. She is 4 months old in this photo, 14 inches tall at the shoulders and about 15 lbs. She has pink and black gums, has a little bit of a hound sent to her, and sniffs the ground all the time. Her two sisters were solid black and black with a little bit of white on her chest.
