Take her to the vet. If you were limping, would you sit around and ask what to do, or would you go to the doctor?

Well, I Don't Know to much
bout this stuff, Sorry if im no help.
But I Would take her to the vet
To stay on the safe side
Cuz it could get a lot worse
So you should take her to a vet early on.

Good Luck!

Taking her to the Vet is the most logical way to determine what's going on.

Failing that, then check pads to see if there is a cut or tear on them. This will manifest itself as a limp.

Sometimes dogs will pull a muscle, tendon, etc, just like humans do. The impact from running hard or jumping can tweak them. Move her leg joints gently, and see if there is any flinching when you move a certain one.

Try to limit the strenuous activity to prevent further aggravation to the injured part.

Having said all that, I still feel that if this has been going on for quite awhile, check with your vet, and I hope your dog gets better soon.

Dieta

vet asap, this could be a serious injury or a strained muscle. Best to have an expert look at her and take x-rays to be 100% sure:)
If it is a sprain according to a vet he will give something for pain and massaging is going to help. Do massages every day for about 5 min. increments.
